Model Context Protocol (MCP): How AI Agents Connect to Your Business Tools

By LaunchLen Web Solutions Team
A technical SEO audit answers a simple question: can search engines find, understand and show your pages, and is anything on the technical side getting in the way? This post explains how a technical SEO audit with LaunchLen Web Solutions Inc. works, what we check, what we’ll ask from you, and what you’ll have in hand at the end. Every site is different, so the exact checks depend on yours.
New content and local SEO work only pays off if search engines can reach and index the pages it lives on. Google describes search in stages: it crawls pages, indexes them, then serves results (Google Search Central, how Search works). A problem at an early stage, such as pages blocked from crawling or left out of the index, can undo good work at the later ones.
That’s why we start technical. It shows what’s worth fixing first, before anyone spends time on new pages. Google’s own advice on hiring help says an SEO audit should give you realistic estimates of improvement and of the work involved (Google Search Central, Do you need an SEO?). That’s the standard we work to. Our SEO services page covers how the audit fits with our wider SEO work.
This is the foundation. Checks can include:
Next, we look at how pages perform for real visitors. Core Web Vitals are Google’s metrics for loading, responsiveness and visual stability, and Google highly recommends site owners achieve good scores for Search and for user experience (Google Search Central, Core Web Vitals). The web.dev team explains each metric and how it’s measured (web.dev, Web Vitals).
We look for the causes behind slow pages, such as oversized images, heavy scripts or templates, rather than chasing a score. Mobile gets special attention: Google uses the mobile version of a site’s content for indexing and ranking, which it calls mobile-first indexing (Google Search Central, mobile-first indexing). If content or links are missing on your mobile layout, that matters.
Structured data is a standard way to describe what a page is about, and Google says it provides explicit clues about a page’s meaning (Google Search Central, structured data). We check whether your markup is present, valid and accurate for what’s on the page. Google also says correct markup doesn’t guarantee a rich result will appear (Google Search Central, structured data policies), so we treat it as clarity, not a shortcut.
“AI search readiness” sounds new, but the basics are familiar. Google says there are no additional requirements or special optimizations to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode; a page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet (Google Search Central, AI features). So readiness mostly means the earlier checks pass and your key pages state clearly who you are, what you do and where. Our post on AI Overviews for local businesses goes further.
The outcome is a prioritized list of issues. Each item explains what we found, why it matters and what fixing it involves, with the most important fixes first. Priority weighs how much an issue is likely to hold the site back against the effort to fix it. We’ll walk you through the findings so nothing is left as jargon.
What we ask for can include:
You can act on the list with your own team, another provider or with us.
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. Google says plainly that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking, and warns against SEOs who claim to (Google Search Central, Do you need an SEO?). An audit tells you what’s getting in the way and what to fix. It doesn’t control how a search engine ranks your pages.
It’s often the best time. Catching crawl, indexing or redirect problems early is easier than untangling them after months of content work.
Search Console shows how Google sees your site, including which pages are indexed and which issues it found. Read access is enough for an audit.
It removes technical barriers, which gives your content a fair chance. Rankings still depend on content, competition and search engines’ own systems, so no one can guarantee them.
